How to Make Chicken BBQ Roll
Prepare the BBQ Chicken Filling:

- Add boneless chicken (shredded or cubed) and cook until tender.

- Let the filling cool before assembling.

- Make a soft dough using flour, salt, oil, and water.
- Let it rest for 15–20 minutes, then roll out into thin flatbreads (roti).
- Cook lightly on a pan and set aside. (Skip this step if using store-bought wraps or parathas.)
Assemble the Rolls:
- Place the BBQ chicken filling in the center of the wrap.
- Add shredded lettuce, sliced onions, and garlic mayo or cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
- Roll tightly and wrap in butter paper or foil.
Cook (Optional):
- Pan-fry with a little butter or oil until golden brown.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes for a crispy texture.
