How to Make Chicken Spaghetti Roll

Prepare the Chicken Spaghetti Filling:

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until soft.
  • Add shredded or diced boneless chicken and cook until tender.
  • Stir in salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, oregano, and paprika for seasoning.
  • Add tomato sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and a splash of vinegar for flavor.
  • Toss in boiled spaghetti and mix well.
  • Optional: Add grated cheese and chopped capsicum or carrots for extra texture.
  • Let the filling cool completely before assembling.

Prepare the Wraps (For Homemade Dough):

  • Make a soft dough using flour, salt, oil, and water.
  • Let it rest for 15–20 minutes, then roll out into thin flatbreads (roti or paratha).
  • Lightly cook on a pan and set aside. (Skip this step if using store-bought wraps.)

Assemble the Rolls:

  • Place a portion of the chicken spaghetti filling in the center of the wrap.
  • Add a drizzle of mayo or cheese sauce for extra creaminess.
  • Roll tightly and seal the edges using flour-water paste.

Crispy Coating (Optional):

  • Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.

Fry or Bake:

  • Fried: Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Baked: Brush with oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
  • Air-Fried: Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
