How to Make Chicken Bread Roll
Prepare the Chicken Filling:
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant.
- Add boneless chicken (shredded or finely chopped) and cook until tender.
- Mix in red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt to taste.
- Add a splash of soy sauce or chili sauce for extra flavor.
- Stir in chopped onions, capsicum, and fresh coriander.
- Let the filling cool completely before assembling.
Prepare the Bread Rolls:
- Take bread slices and trim the edges.
- Lightly flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
Assemble the Rolls:
- Place a small amount of chicken filling in the center of each bread slice.
- Add a drizzle of mayo or cheese sauce for extra taste.
- Roll the bread tightly, sealing the edges with flour-water paste or beaten egg.
Crispy Coating (Optional):
- Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
Fry or Bake:
- Fried: Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Baked: Brush with oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
- Air-Fried: Cook at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
