How to Make Chicken One-Bite Roll

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

  • In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  • Add boneless chicken (finely chopped or shredded) and cook until tender.
  • Season with red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt to taste.
  • Add a splash of soy sauce or chili sauce for extra flavor.
  • Mix in chopped onions, capsicum, and fresh coriander.
  • Let the filling cool completely before assembling.

Prepare the Dough (For Homemade Wraps):

  • Make a soft dough using flour, salt, oil, and water.
  • Let it rest for 15–20 minutes, then roll out into thin flatbreads (roti).
  • Lightly cook on a pan and cut into small rectangular strips. (Skip this step if using spring roll sheets or mini parathas.)

Assemble the One-Bite Rolls:

  • Place a small amount of chicken filling in the center of each mini wrap.
  • Add a tiny drizzle of mayo or cheese sauce for extra taste.
  • Roll tightly and seal the edges with flour-water paste to prevent opening.

Crispy Coating (Optional):

  • Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.

Fry to Perfection:

  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels.
