How to Make Chicken One-Bite Roll
Prepare the Chicken Filling:
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
- Add boneless chicken (finely chopped or shredded) and cook until tender.
- Season with red chili powder, black pepper, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt to taste.
- Add a splash of soy sauce or chili sauce for extra flavor.
- Mix in chopped onions, capsicum, and fresh coriander.
- Let the filling cool completely before assembling.
Prepare the Dough (For Homemade Wraps):
- Make a soft dough using flour, salt, oil, and water.
- Let it rest for 15–20 minutes, then roll out into thin flatbreads (roti).
- Lightly cook on a pan and cut into small rectangular strips. (Skip this step if using spring roll sheets or mini parathas.)
Assemble the One-Bite Rolls:
- Place a small amount of chicken filling in the center of each mini wrap.
- Add a tiny drizzle of mayo or cheese sauce for extra taste.
- Roll tightly and seal the edges with flour-water paste to prevent opening.
Crispy Coating (Optional):
- Dip each roll in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Fry to Perfection:
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Enjoy!
